St. Thomas Rent-All is a friendly, service-oriented business. Our goal is to meet our customer’s equipment rental needs cheerfully, quickly and effectively.

St. Thomas Rent-All has always been a family run business, which the Campbell’s opened in 1978. Another brother has joined, as have several full time and part time employees and the parents have retired.

We have been in business at the same location since opening. In that time, we have kept up with the changes in the equipment rental industry. Homeowners, manufacturing industries and the construction trades have come to expect only the highest standards from us, both in our service and in our equipment.

Our customers have a wide range of equipment and products to choose from to meet their needs. We have corn pots to mini-excavators and much in between. Our equipment is in tiptop shape and when a customer leaves our premises we like to believe they have the right tool for the job as well as proper instructions. Often we consider ourselves problem solvers since each job or project is different and needs a different approach. Our on going training keeps us on top of changes and innovations in the tool industry and we take pride in this.

St. Thomas Rent-All has made its marks in the rental industry as an independent rental centre. This gives us some flexibility. We have personal relationships with our suppliers and that means we can make a contact for a certain tool or product and have it at our door in very short order.

We stay involved in the industry too. Our peers in the industry have recognized our store. In 2001 we were awarded the Rental Association of Canada - Ontario Division Image Award. Our suppliers chose us for this award based on our service and presentation. The following year we were thrilled and very proud to see our years of hard work pay off as we were awarded the Rental Association of Canada's President’s Image Award. Rental stores across Canada were considered for this award based on a number of criteria that St. Thomas Rent-All exceeded. Jeff Campbell has been elected to a two year term as President of the Ontario Division of the Rental Association Canada starting the fall of 2003.

Our focus is on service and this extends to our community too. Most of us here belong to volunteer organizations and we take part in events that make St. Thomas our home. We believe we can make a difference.

Our customers are our friends and neighbours. Each is greeted as such and given individual attention, first class service and well maintained quality equipment.
